The Ayrmesh hub & router are an excellent WiFi product delivering a strong signal over our property.Although the camera is of excellent quality, I found the mount to be to weak for the weight of the camera.After over tightening the mount with pliers, a squirrel running up the tree where it was mounted, knocked the angle off so it ended up pointing straight down. I have a lot of squirrels who loved the taste of the wiring and chewed it so badly that pieces were missing.Even though my squirrel problem has nothing to do with Ayrstone Productivity, they came to the rescue and replaced the camera at no cost.I highly recommend Ayrstone Productivity as they deliver on what they promise and are very supportive.For anyone buying this starter kit, I recommend that it is installed in the proper order of hub then router then camera making sure each step is working before moving on to the next. I started with the hub then camera and then the router which complicated the whole affair which is very easy to install if done it the correct order.
