I bought this system about 6 months ago. I am amazed how well this works. The range of the wireless sensors are amazing. I bought this system because I have a detached garage that was broken into. I placed what is supposed to be the balcony sensor inside the garage facing the window. I was skeptical about this working because the mainUnit was inside my home which is about 80 ft away. I purposely tripped the sensor to check if it would work and it performed flawlessly. Its true test came when the burglar returned to break into my garage again. The siren went off and the unit called my cell phone. I rushed home to find the garage window up and nothing else missing. My guess is the siren scared them away. Just two more things I feel the need to mention. As the manual states go with a T-Mobile sym card and I recommend buying the outdoor siren.

I ordered the GSM Alarm System on Saturday 7/21 and it arrived on Tuesday 7/24. This was above my expectation.I had trouble setting up my system and thought it was defective. I logon to my Amazon account and sent a request to return the product for a replacement. Got a call back from the company (PiSector) in less than 5 minutes. Customer service was very nice and polite. One negative is the accent, which makes it a little hard to understand. Customer service was very knowledgable and able to pinpoint my problem right away. It turned out that when I insert the T-Mobile SIM in the GSM slot, I need to lock it in place by pushing the door up. So far so good. I would recommend this company because the price is good and they stand behind their product with great customer service.

This product does exactly as it said it would. Took a little while to setup but the manual is good enough in directions. I had a small issue in that the system would go from disarm to arm on its own but was able to work it out. I had to set the system on real time rather than 24 hours mode which solved the problem. For the cost it is well worth it. The only issue is that I cannot get the SMS arm/disarm function to work via my phone, I believe I just got to give it Another try. Overall it is a great system and it serves my purpose, especially where it calls my phone.
